From HealthSage AI to Coforix

Today HealthSage AI becomes Coforix. The team, the platform, the partners, the certifications, all unchanged. What changes is the name on the door. Sage described a source of wisdom; Coforix describes what we actually built: a forum where clinical intelligence comes together.

When we founded HealthSage AI, we chose “sage” deliberately: it pointed at the wisdom every clinical decision should draw on. Three years in, our platform is live in hospitals and runs solutions from Coforix and third parties side by side: the Smart Problem List Agent, the Clinical Data Transformer, the No-show model — with more from partners we haven’t yet announced.

That maturity surfaced a tension. “Sage” suggests a single oracle; what we built is the opposite: a place where many sources of clinical intelligence meet, get validated, and reach the clinician through one secure environment. The platform is not the wise one. The platform is what makes wisdom usable.

What Coforix means

The name pairs co- — the familiar prefix for together (co-author, co-create, co-operate) — with forum, the public space where ideas get aired, examined, and validated before they shape practice. That is precisely what our platform does for clinical AI: it convenes models from multiple providers, validates them with clinical partners, and serves them to provider organizations through one integration.

What stays the same

Everything that matters operationally. Same team. Same platform. Same partners: UMC Utrecht, Amsterdam UMC Heart Center, ZAS Antwerp, our investors. Same certifications, same EU-first positioning.

What changes

Our brand name and our domain (coforix.ai). The logo evolves visually; its meaning carries over, three converging layers, one platform.
